This website is a service of Hoppy Sales and Marketing Service, Inc. (hereafter referred to as Hoppy Sales).

Hoppy Sales respects your privacy and is committed to protect the information you provide and the information stored on our website.

1. Nondisclosure

Hoppy Sales does not disclose any information about you or the information you provide to any other party or commercial enterprise. Furthermore, your contact database and account information is treated as strictly confidential; none of the information will be shared or accessible to anyone outside of Hoppy Sales other than yourself. The client is the sole owner of all information in their contact database--Hoppy Sales does not claim any right associated with ownership of the information, including the use of the information for any purpose other than processing the client’s orders.

2. Security of Information

Hoppy Sales takes great care in protecting your information. Credit card information is never stored on our website. Transactions are done on Bank of America’s secure web site on a monthly basis. Your personal profile information, contacts on the database, and all uploaded images are completely private and password protected. Your information is stored on a secured server that is not accessible to anyone else via the Internet. Hoppy Sales data centers are located in highly secure facilities, which are guarded 24 hours a day and log the movement of all authorized visitors.

3. Proprietary Rights

Hoppy Sales reserves all federal and state copyright, trademark and trade secret protections and rights pertaining to the content of this site. The duplication, republication, distribution or other use of any of the contents of this site or any of its subparts is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Hoppy Sales. Violators will be prosecuted.

4. Online Conduct.

Your use of this site is subject to applicable local, state, and federal law. By logging into your account you agree not to use the site or any of the content for any illegal purpose, nor to transmit to or through the site any illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or other objectionable material of any kind.

5. Limit of Liability

Your use of this site and its contents is at your own risk. Hoppy Sales is not liable for any consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, or any claims of third parties arising from use of this site, regardless of the legality on which the claim is based, and even if advised of the possibility of such damages, including any damages arising out of reliance by the user on information obtained from Hoppy Sales or the site, or for damages which result from any mistake, omission, delay in operation, interruption of service, or failure of performance, whether or not resulting from an act of God, communications failure, theft, or unauthorized access to Hoppy Sales records or the site. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability of consequential or incidental damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you; in such states, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Links to other websites and services.

Hoppy Sales website may contain links to other sites that are not under our control. These websites have their own policies regarding privacy. Hoppy Sales has no responsibility for linked websites and provides these links solely for the convenience and information of our clients and visitors.

7. Refund Policy. 

Setup Fees
All setup fees for all accounts are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date. Upon notification of payment, setup of the account is automatic and hence the conditions of delivery are always met.

Monthly Billing
Monthly billing can be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing date. Refunds will be offered upon notification within 3 business days of the billing date. All other refunds are at our sole discretion.

Year/Bi-year Prepaid Accounts
Pre-paid accounts will be refunded for the remaining time, less a $50.00 administration fee. Early cancellation means that monthly discounts no longer apply.
Six-Month Contract Accounts
If Client is unsatisfied with the designs upon initial presentation of proofs and wishes to discontinue service, the first month charge will apply for the design labor and no further commitment is required. After the 6^th month, service will continue until Client notifies Hoppy Sales of hiatus or cancellation of service within 30 days of the final mailing. 

Cancellation requests must be made by regular mail or by Email using the original Email address for the account holder.  Phone requests cannot be accepted for cancellations, since recorded requests must be kept for any possible future reference.

If client has dispute regarding a specific charge for a mailing, Hoppy Sales will send a dated monthly mailing list, created on the date the mailing was sent, as proof.  If Hoppy Sales is unable to provide such proof then the client’s account will be credited for that charge.
 

Hoppy Sales reserves the right to modify this refund policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy.  Any such revisions or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised refund policy on Hoppy Sales web sites.  You agree to periodically review our web sites, including the current version of our refund policy.  Our refund policy is made available on our web sites.  It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
